The experiment used a number of 200 broiler chickens from the non-asexual Ross 308 hybrid purchased from a specialized company, whose object of activity is the distribution of this genetic material. During the experiment, the technological rules regarding the biosecurity and welfare of birds in all their aspects were observed, as well as ensuring the necessary nutritional principles at the level of the genetic material manufacturer's recommendations (see annex 1) following the following bioproductive parameters:the evolution of the chicken herd, total weight of the lot at the age of 14, 21, 28, 35, 42 and 49 days, deviations from SMZ plus and minus establishing the number of heads above average and below average. Raising broilers in specialized farms is currently done as follows: increase on batteries and increase on permanent bedding. This paper refers only to the technology of raising broilers on permanent bedding. These performances are achieved in small batches, in experimental conditions, with optimal microclimate conditions, feeding and care. Also, feed recipes must be well balanced in protein content, with high energy value, mineral-vitamin ratio and a correct application of technology. sanitary-veterinary poultry on permanent bedding, is done under the conditions of application of technological principles of intensive industrial growth.
